Cheddar Veggie Chicken Soup

Serves 4 to 6 people Approximately 15 minute Prep 40 minute Cook Time

Ingredients
1 Organic Chicken Breast cut into bite sized pieces
1 Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet
2 TBSP Diced Onion
3 TSP Flour
2 Whole Carrots (sliced)
1 Cup Potatoes
1 Cup Broccoli
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
3 Cups Chicken Broth
3 Cups Water
1 Can of Broccoli Cheese Condensed Soup
1 Can Cheddar Cheese

Cook the chicken in a pan with 2 TBSPs of oil and 1/2 teaspoon (each) of the following seasonings:
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder
Oregano
Adobo
Creole Seasoning
*all seasons optional
While the Chicken is cooking, Bring your Chicken Broth and Water to a boil. While it's heating up, chop your carrots, potatoes, onion and bell pepper and set that aside with your broccoli. Once the Broth is boiling add ALL of your vegetables , add salt & pepper, and cover to soften the carrots and broccoli.
Once the carrots and broccoli are tender, add the Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet, and the 3 TSPs of Flour and mix it in. Cover while you open your 2 Cans of Broccoli Cheese Soup and Cheddar Cheese. Add the 2 cans, and stir until combined. Let all the ingredients cook together for a few minutes and remove from heat to serve. ENJOY!
