Simple Teriyaki Chicken and Rice

Serves up to 4 people & Takes approximately 30-40 minutes TOTAL !

Simple Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice


Marinate:

4 or 5 Organic Chicken Thighs

Sprinkle: Garlic Powder

Chile Powder

Salt & Pepper

1 TBSP Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce

1 TBSP Chopped Onion & Garlic (2/1)




1 Cup Cooked Rice

2 Eggs

1 Cup Diced Carrots, Green Onions

Broccoli, Red Bell Pepper



1.) After marinating, cook the chicken with lid to retain moisture.


2.) Once chicken is cooked, crack 2 eggs on one side.


3.) Add chopped vegetables.


4.) Cook until Broccoli or Carrots are tender, adding more Teriyaki or Soy Sauce if necessary.


5.) Add Rice and Mix


6.) Simple and Done !
